Mayan Hot Chocolate Oatmeal Stout

While attempting to sparge, I knocked the lauter tun's internal spiggot, and it sucked up a bunch of grains and I had to transfer the whole of the wart and grains to a bucket and clean the whole thing out twice to get it running correctly.

Just a simple oatmeal stout. Though half the batch was treated with a bourbon, vanilla bean, cocoa bean, cinnamon, and cayanne tincture.

Ground Cayanne Pepper1.5 tsp (plus 1 whole dried pepper) - this was way too much.
